Shipping is free and insured on every order.

Processing time

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Times are estimates and can change for reasons outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak season.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Import taxes and duties

Import taxes and duties are included in the price of your order. You will not pay any extra customs charge when your package arrives.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every shipment is insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
