Cost

Shipping is free and insured on every order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Times are estimates and can change for reasons outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak season.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the European Union, Latin America and other international destinations shown at checkout.

Taxes and duties

Our prices include everything: shipping, import taxes and duties. The price you see is the price you pay, with no extra charges when your package arrives.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also check it anytime on our Track your order page.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every shipment is insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to kitraton81@gmail.com and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Late delivery

If you have not received your order 30 days after confirmation, you can cancel it and get a full refund.
