90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy, tell us within 90 days of receiving your order and we will refund your money. You do not need to explain why, keep the box or leave it unopened. This applies to every order, on sale or not.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover it and you do not need to send it back.

Please write to us before sending anything so we can give you the return address.

Damaged or defective items

Send us a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, at no cost and with no argument.

EU right of withdrawal

Customers in the European Union also have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Within that period we refund the full amount received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your request. We may hold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it was sent back.

Legal guarantee

Products sold to consumers in the European Union carry the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery.
